Sleepy Hollow is also the location of San Domenico School, an elite K-12 private school.

Because of this, they are some of the most sought after homes in San Anselmo. San Francisco Boulevard and Millennium Park are full of 1940s and 1950s homes, some updated with modern touches and others have been left untouched. The close proximity to the Red Hill Shopping Center and Memorial Park make this neighborhood a favorite among locals.

Yolanda Park

Comprised of many large homes, this neighborhood has the perfect location for families with high school children. Although many homes in this neighborhood are close together, the homes in Downtown San Anselmo of Barber/Lincoln Park are vintage, charming and right next to the restaurants and shops of the lively San Anselmo Avenue. The neighborhoods surrounding the Seminary include some of the higher-priced homes in San Anselmo but offer close distance to schools and downtown with beautiful hillside scenery.
